Our Partner Employers

Jobs Academy partners are committed to creating supportive environments for their employees, and supporting women return to work after a career break.

How does it work?

Future Women has established relationships with more than 55 employer organisations to help women get back to work.

Through Jobs Academy we work with employers to ensure they offer flexible working arrangements, and are committed to supporting women with caring responsibilities.

Partner employers of the Academy are showcased to the Jobs Academy community. They gain access to our talented pool of job seekers through meaningful conversations, workshops and mentoring, as well as expert diversity and inclusion advice.

We also work closely with partner employers in sectors with skill shortages and in male-dominated industries to co-create returnship and training programs.

How does my organisation become a partner employer?

Organisations who align with our vision and are interested in joining the Academy as a partner are encouraged to get in touch by emailing jobsacademy@futurewomen.com

Who are our partners?
