The Interpreter Employment Success Program (IESP) is a training program designed to meet the growing demand for interpreters in Queensland. 

This program provides:

• comprehensive targeted training and skill enhancement for previous, current, or aspiring interpreters and
• networking opportunities for interpreters and those working with language service users. 

IESP’s mission is to improve working conditions for interpreters, creating supportive and thriving environments where their contributions are valued. The online course is completely free and self-paced and takes approximately five months to complete.
