How does it work?
Future Women has established relationships with more than 65 organisations to help women get back to work.
We work exclusively with employers that offer flexible working arrangements and are committed to supporting women returning to the workforce.
In return, we raise the profile of our partners as employers of choice to our cohort of capable, job-ready women and the wider Future Women network. Through our Jobs Fair webinars we facilitate connections between talent-hungry employers and eager job-seekers.
We also work closely with selected recruitment agencies, employers in male-dominated industries and in sectors with skill shortages to co-create returnship and training programs.
