Do you have a strong connection to ensuring Elders and other older Australians are safe, well looked after and comfortable? The Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) are proud to share exclusive roles for First Nations candidates in complaints resolution and data analysis.

Roles are available across Australia, with the option for flexible full-time and part-time work. Full induction programs are also provided to help you settle into the role. The ACQSC are looking for candidates who:

• possess an understanding of First Nations culture, health and wellbeing
• have experience in complaints management, dispute resolution and aged care/financial services, and
• demonstrate a willingness to learn aged care legislation.

With 12 months to go until the 2026 Census, the Australia Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is hiring people to fill critically important jobs in locations across the country. Jobs are varied, but predominantly involve outreach activities to support high rates of Census participation within communities. 

The ABS is looking for people who: 

• are available to complete paid online training prior to starting work in the field,
• are available to work variable hours for the period of the contract, including weekdays, weekends and evenings,
• are keen to earn extra income in a short-term job and
• want to help make a difference for their community.   

In the coming months additional jobs will be advertised, including those which require no prior experience. These jobs will be important in connecting with and supporting remote and regional communities.
