Acciona are committed to supporting Jobs Academy participants through mentoring and into a range of roles and flexible work arrangements.
We partner with Salesforce to provide Jobs Academy participants with upskilling opportunities in technology, as well as Salesforce staff volunteering their support through our mentoring program.

An official pipeline for the NextGen Professionals program, we work with ServiceNow to support more women to enter the technology industry and develop in-demand technical skills.
How does it work?
FW has established relationships with more than 100 organisations to help women get back to work.
Jobs Academy candidates are highly educated, skilled and experienced but they're falling through the cracks of traditional recruitment methods that fail to recognise the talents they bring. We work with like-minded employers to connect meaningfully and effectively with these candidates, helping them unlock this previously hard-to-reach talent pool of loyal and skilled workers.
Sign on as a Jobs Academy Partner Employer at no cost and along with connecting you to our cohort of capable, job-ready women, you'll gain access to promotion of your organisation via online and live speaker activities, opportunities for your staff to join as volunteer mentors, support with your organisation's gender equity strategies and more.
We also work closely with selected recruitment agencies, employers in male-dominated industries and in sectors with skill shortages to co-create returnship and training programs.
