Google provide free scholarships for Jobs Academy members to gain industry recognised qualifications through their Career Certificates.
Microsoft's expert recruitment team volunteer their time to mentor Jobs Academy members in resume writing, effective job searching and developing their presence on LinkedIn.
Capgemini’s expert recruitment team volunteer their time to host both small group and resume mentoring sessions to assist Jobs Academy members in finding their next role.
An official pipeline for the NextGen Professionals program, we work with ServiceNow to support more women to enter the technology industry and develop in-demand technical skills.
The FW Talent Program is a paid returnship program co-created with HESTA to tap into hard-to-reach talent pools and support career transitions.
How does it work?
FW has established relationships with more than 65 organisations to help women get back to work.
We work exclusively with employers that offer flexible working arrangements and are committed to supporting women returning to the workforce.
In return, we raise the profile of our partners as employers of choice to our cohort of capable, job-ready women and the wider FW network. Through our Jobs and Skills Fairs we facilitate connections between talent-hungry employers and eager job-seekers.
We also work closely with selected recruitment agencies, employers in male-dominated industries and in sectors with skill shortages to co-create returnship and training programs.
Community supporters
Gidget Foundation Australia supports the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents to ensure they receive timely, appropriate and specialist care.
Arise Foundation empower survivors of domestic and family violence and financial abuse, building a community of women on the path to economic and financial freedom.
Carers Australia is the national peak body representing Australia’s unpaid carers, advocating on their behalf to influence policies and services at a national level.
