Overview
Illawarra Women’s Trauma Centre is dedicated to standing at the forefront of change, supporting women in healing from domestic, family and sexual violence. They’re currently recruiting a CEO to lead the centre into its next chapter of growth and influence.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- driving the centre’s strategic vision and execution in partnership with the board,
- promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of service delivery and operations and
- providing visionary, feminist leadership, embedding trauma-informed principles throughout the organisation.
